Preparing for FET

Hi all, hope you’re okay ☺️
I had my first FET with donor eggs in March, with a grade A embryo which sadly was unsuccessful.
I’m now preparing for my next FET with our last embryo (grade C)….my periods have always been of good consistency however this last period was very light. Has anyone had this experience before and what you did to help?
As this is our last embryo and a lower grade, I’m wanting to do all that I can to make sure it is successful and increase my endometrial thickness. What have people found helpful to increase your thickness?
thank you in advance! Xx

Your clinic will scan your lining and only continue cycle if your lining is deemed thick enough and triple layered. They'll adjust medication if needed to thicken, I don't believe there is anything else you can do to thicken it. What's your thickness been on previous cycles? Mine has always been 7.8mm prior to starting the progesterone (which is on the thinner side of normal but always with good triple layer) and I've had 2 successful FETs. Wishing you success!
