PCOS anyone take inositol ???

I’ve been told I have slight PCOS and that it’s down to my insulin and irregular hormones, and this is what will be stopping me falling pregnant. I have regular periods but I am over weight, which I now know is a result of PCOS. I was put on Metformin but the side effects had me ill!

Has anyone taken Inositol and or CoQ10 to help with insulin/hormone imbalance and successfully lost weight and conceived? Or does anyone have an advice?

I was told I have slight pcos from a scan in january. No other tests but I am also slightly overweight and get facial hair so they came to my diagnosis from there.

I have been taking inositol since end of feb
and I have lost weight but not sure if it's through that as I've also been eating better and exercising.

I have regular periods and ovulate every month. I don't seem to have a problem getting pregnant but I have had 3 miscarriages this year and this is the only thing we have come up with which could be a reason.

I have found inositol has made my cycles exactly 30 days whereas they used to differ between 28-34 days long. My ovulation day is always CD 16 too and it used to be a bit all over the place so I would say the inositol must be doing something. Worth a shot I'd say x

I take inositol for pcos and a myriad of other things too, it’s regulated my periods my cycle is between 34-36 days and I now have regular ovulation I ovulate early thought usually CD12 with a long luteal phase (don’t know if that’s good or bad) defo keep on with it it’s been a game changer for me.
