Hi,

I'm sure this has been discussed many times. But looking for some advice or success stories as struggling after having failed fresh transfer recently.
I'm 32 and have endometriosis affecting my bowel and ovaries, tubes are clear and been told my uterus looks healthy.
We just done our first cycle of ivf, transferred 1 grade A 5day blast and ended in BFN.
Now planning a FET, only have 2 frosties a grade A and a C 5day blasts and don't know whether to transfer 1 or both.

Any advice would be appreciated or similar stories would be appreciated

Firstly I would only transfer 2 if you are prepared physically mentally and financially for multiples - I know just as many people with triplets from a single transfer as I do a double.
Also yours are pretty different in grading and there is some evidence which suggests transferring a low quality with a high quality can jeopardise the whole transfer.
I have twins. It's bloody amazing and id do it all again tomorrow if I could x

Thank you for your reply. It's so hard to know what to do as nothing is definite.
We have discussed and as hard as I'm sure it would be we feel if we had twins it would just be a blessing and we would make it work, would have no other choice lol. Triplets on the other hand puts the fear into me haha.
It's more them being 2 different grades that scares me as I've read this a few times now about it could affect the whole transfer.

@Mcc89 how did you get on with your journey? I am in a very similar position, starting ICSI next month
