IVF failed 1st Cycle

Hi all,
Im new to this and just wanted to ask for advice.
We went through our first cycle of IVF in April.
I was on Menopur 300 for 5days and due to poor response and only 2 follicles measuring 20mm they decided to cancel the cycle.
We we’re devastated but decided to keep trying naturally before starting the next cycle.
I was told I would have a bleed/period within 2 days of stopping the Menopur injections but it’s been 13 days and no bleed just…sorry for tmi but slight brown spotting. The Doctor now thinks we may have conceived naturally due to the 2 mature follicles popping and that it could be implantation. Just wondering if anyone else has had anything like this happen?

Apparently, it happens often. I remember at least two cases like this in the past year in this forum.

Have you taken a test?

Thank you so much for your reply. I’ve been frantic the last few days. We were told by the Doctor to wait until at least Wed this week to take the test so that’s the plan and fingers crossed for a positive and if not just another wait to start IVF cycle 2
