Hi all. I just wanted to post this as it took me some quite intense googling to find myself! I have just finished mild ivf protocol (EC tomorrow 🤞🏻) and was given in my medication pack a load of micro insulin needles but I didn't need to use any of them. It seemed a total waste and I was told to just to put them in sharps to be destroyed.
Well there is an organisation called Intercare who collect and distribute medical supplies to needy counties. I contacted them and they confirmed they would be very happy to receive them. Their email is [email protected] and there website has lots of information on what they can accept and what they do.
Hopefully someone finds this useful
