5DP5DFT - BFN?! :(

Hi all!
Wondering if anyone can offer some hope! I had two frozen embryos transfered on 12th april and very stupidly decided to test at 5dp5dt- stark white bfn. Has anyone tested negative at 5dpt and then gone on to have a positive?!
Can help but feel like I'm already out :( this journey is the hardest!

That's still only the equivalent of 10 dpo, so even early detection tests could struggle to detect anything. I didn't test on day 5, but it took until about day 8 before I felt "yep, that's a line". Don't give up hope -: it's still very early.

I first tested on day 8. There was a clear line but still fairly faint. I would be surprised if there would have been anything there on day 5 if I had tested. Day 9 is usually the definitive day as that's the equivalent of 14dpo, or when you'd be expecting a period in a normal cycle

How are you doing? I’m 4dp5dt (so far feeling pretty relaxed), clinic said to test on day 13 but I’m thinking of maybe testing on day 9…
