I'd definitely try prednisolone if nothing else just to say you've tried it. How did your IVF cycle go? Did you have lower than expected egg quality what was the embryo like quality wise you transferred? I had 5 miscarriages and then over several rounds of IVF and PGTA a couple that my egg quality was poor - i changed protocol and had success on the next transfer (my 4th)

@twinsetandpearl hey thanks xxxx my embryos were great quality I’m 28 btw xx I had 5 in freezer after egg collection x all great quality so this wasn’t an issue x

Have you had karotyping or genetic testing of the embryos done?

ShareLove · 09/04/2022 07:45

@Rtmhwales no I haven’t as doctor doesn’t see the point as I lost my pregnancy’s early 20’s x

Have you had immunological testing done?

Has the sperm been checked for DNA fragmentation? Many times they only check the women but sperm can also be bad.

ShareLove · 11/04/2022 04:49

@Cherry35 hey yes we have had the sperm dna done and all good but I haven’t had the immunes done at all xx

I asked my FS for immunological tests, I've had 2 MMC but mine are likely due to age. However , wanted All the testing done.

They made like 13 different tests at the same time. I got 10 blood tubes taken plus 3 urine samples. Do you have PCOS? That may be a factor.

I guess most would be covered/free.

ShareLove · 11/04/2022 14:25

@Cherry35 hey I don’t have pcos Smile
I’m looking to get immunes done private if my nhs consultant can’t find any reason for next ivf cycle , because I’m not going to do new cycle with same results, obviously I’ll lose the next one as well as the cause hasn’t been found still x

@ShareLove

I agree, don't do another cycle until they give you answers; moreover if it's free. It will be faster to go private for other testing. You can also do NK cells testing, apparently these cells attack the baby.

Best wishes
