Just currently going through first round of IVF with Gennet in Prague. At my 2nd scan on day 6 of stims I had 2 very big follicles 21.4 and 24.5, then 2 others at 11/12mm. There was 4 smaller ones but only at 3mm. I’m on my way to Prague for final ultrasound tomorrow but not feeling very hopeful.
Hopefully for next round we can change the protocol, even though I was only on Syneral spray and pergervoris injections of 225.
Anyone had something similar and have a good outcome? My AMH is low at 4.6, I did fall pregnant last year but had a loss at 16 weeks.
If anyone has recommendations on clinics in Prague who specialise in low AMH can you comment here please. Happy with Gennet but will move if there’s better treatment for my specific profile
