Anyone know which antibiotics for hidden sperm infections?

Just checking before we maybe do our 3rd (and definitely final) cycle of IVF. We don’t think it’s the case but are keen to not leave any stone unturned. Can’t be bothered yet more tests, after trying for nearly 4 years we are a bit tested out. Plus sick of spending the money

Unfortunately without knowing the infection you can’t know the antibiotics. I know in my case I did an Era/Emma/Alice and I was on different antibiotics to other women I know who did it as we had different strains of bad bacteria.
