Day 3 and 21 Bloods

Hi everyone I'm currently waiting to get my Day 3 and Day 21 tests at the hospital. I was hoping my period would be here today but its looking like its going to be tomorrow. That would put Day 3 on Sunday and my Day 21 on Good Friday. I'm assuming the Day 3 tests should be OK on the Monday (the consultant said after the weekend was fine) but for the Day 21 would I be best aiming for Day 20 or Day 25 (so before or after the Easter Bank Holiday)?

Day 3 will be fine on the Monday. As for day 21, do you have normal regular cycles or track ovulation? Day 21 bloods are based on people who have textbook 28 day cycles and ovulate on day 14.
Really you want to go 7 days after ovulation. So for me, I can ovulate as late as day 20 so would go on day 27.

I don't know when I ovulate but my cycle is typically between 28 and 31 days. It still hasn't arrived today (this would be day 31) so I'll see what happens later but its making me think that after the easter Bank Holiday would probably be most appropriate.
