Hi everyone,

Did anyone have such a high first beta??? Today I am 8dp5dt with a single blastocyst and my value is 267!!!!

I have read that high HCG can mean Down syndrome or other complications. Did anyone have value like this and how did it turn out?

Thanks so much! I am so nervous

Mine at 8dp5dt was 159 and that was with twins.....i know quite a few ladies who had twins from a single embryo transfer.....

I always had high betas , would race in hundreds and thosands within a week of pregnancy. This pregnancy was something crazy like 50,000 plus in week 5 , all was fine . Could be twins or you just have hcg in pregnancies. My clinic said downs is actually quite rare, even though they treat mainly over 40s. Congratulations

Just wanted to report back that I had an US at 5+1 and there were 2 gestational sacs! I have the next ultrasound at 6+1 and hope we will see some heartbeats!
