So today is OTD 12dp3dt I had an 8 cell 4/4 embryo transferred (first transfer)
I tested last night 5pm and had a strong positive. On testing again this morning 14 hours later it’s still a clear positive however the line is slightly lighter than yesterday.
I assumed it should be darker as my urine is more concentrated in the morning so now I am thinking should I be worried?
Top one is last night and bottom is this morning x

Hey , congratulations to you Smile
I know it's scary to see the test lighter the next day but I honestly wouldn't worry as you only have 2 days worth of tests to compare it to . It could be anything , maybe little bit faulty test where it didn't have as much dye inside it .
Please don't be scared at the moment , see what tomorrow brings and if it's even lighter tomorrow then I would worry but if it's same tomorrow as today then it's all great ! I'm sure they will start getting darker again from tomorrow ! Chin up lovely xxx

If the tests keep getting lighter every single day from tomorrow then it could well be chemical pregnancy but I am sure this is not the case as your tests Smileare not that much different in colour , only little bit , which I wouldn't worry about !

Hopewishprayer · 15/03/2022 08:36

Thank you for your reassurance, always something to worry about on this journey isn’t there?!
Try and busy myself today see what happens tomorrow x

Urine can massively differ in its strength. I always go for 2 wees in the night so my FMU is pointless!

Hopewishprayer · 15/03/2022 09:45

@AliceAbsolum I didn’t go during the night and my wee was super concentrated this morning (sorry tmi!) I wonder if it can be too concentrated 🤔

@Hopewishprayer my evening tests were always darker than morning for some reason

ShareLove · 15/03/2022 12:28

@Hopewishprayer try to relax lovely ! I am so sure it’s nothing to worry about trust me . I have had the same thing happened before , it was dark then lighter and then dark again , it really doesn’t matter ! As long as it doesn’t start getting really light as the days go on . If it’s the same colour in 1 week from today then you will be absolutely fine ! But if in 1 week time the test is going very light then you would know that the hormone is disappearing and pregnancy could be chemical xxx but really , you can’t compare or make decisions only from 2 different tests 1 day apart xxxx good luck lovely xxxx

Autumn245 · 16/03/2022 18:40

I think your test today definitely looks slightly darker than Mondays. Congratulations 🎉 time to enjoy your pregnancy x

ShareLove · 16/03/2022 18:58

@Hopewishprayer omg wow ofcourse todays test is the darkest of all Grin we told you hehe Flowers today is super dark 🤩 much darker than yesterday , so you see , yesterday lighter test didn’t mean much Smile

KatRee · 16/03/2022 19:15

@Hopewishprayer Definitely looks darker today and I say that as some who's spent most of the last 5 days scrutinising lines on tests. I swear mine did not get at all darker for 3 days, but had a blood test on day 3 of obsessive testing that confirmed 'strong positive' to my amazement

Wouldn't it be nice if we could just relax and enjoy it?
Congratulations!

Hopewishprayer · 16/03/2022 20:43

Thank you all so much, I’ve never even done a pregnancy test until this week just overthinking and second guessing everything, time to leave the tests alone! Well I will try to anyway!
@KatRee congratulations, wishing you all the very best x
