Fluid in one Fallopian tube

Hi everyone,

I have recently been diagnosed with endometriosis after an mri. Today I've been to see a gynaecologist who has said that I have got fluid in one of my Fallopian tubes.

I've been put on the waiting list for laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and dye test.

I've also been told to ttc straight away and see if it does happen naturally then I won't need the above yet.

Please has somebody got any experience with this? I am completely in the dark with this as I have no idea about any of it.
Am I likely to be able to conceive naturally or is this a real problem? I'm devastated.

Thanks
