Partner no longer wants to do IVF

3 failed IVF cycles in 12 months has really taken a toll on both me and my partner. After a few months break I'm ready to start a 4th cycle but my partner says he no longer sees the point and he doesn't want to get into a 'just one more cycle' type of situation.
I just don't know what to do. 5 years TTC, never seen those 2 lines. I know it's not as long as many others but I feel natural conception just isn't a possibly. We have tried different IVF protocols but the outcome is always BFN. Obviously IVF is no guarantee but it might give us a chance and I feel if we don't try we are just accepting our future will be childless.
Anyone had to deal with anything similar?

@agathaovercome how soon after the embolization did you have ICSI success? My husband has a grade 3 that the gp missed ten years ago, we paid to have it embolized but he's in the 10% of men whose veins are configured in a way that it wasnt possible. We decided to push ahead with a round of IVF/ICSI but am aware we are gambling with dna fragmentation and prepared for an embryo drop off. So frustrating to have the varicocele so long for him then to find it can't be embolized! Nhs waiting times for non emergency surgery is very long too, and we've been waiting so long already to have a child, decision making overload atm!

@Imisscoffee2021 hi, name change but I was Agatha overcome. We did the variocele embolization in September 2020 and I got pregnant November 2021. His DNA frag did improve 6 months later.

re your situation has your consultant not discussed surgical sperm removal? This can help reduce fragmentation so we were going to go with this option if it hadn’t reduced due to varicoele.
