Infrared or red light therapy?

Has anyone used this to aid in fertility? There seem to be promising studies using 830nm near infrared light but you don’t hear people mention it much.

Be interested to hear anyone’s experiences

Hi ive started this for my IVF cycle, been doing it for a few weeks .@Phrenologistsfinger did you go ahead with it? I know this is an old post! :)

I did red light therapy along with acupuncture, as well as electrified acupuncture and didn't help me at all.
