I'm about to start my first cycle soon so trying to do the best I can diet wise. I have endometriosis and she isn't on my side, nurse said to eat as healthy as I can and limit caffeine / alcohol. I'm a avid tea drinker and tried decaf today which tbh was horrible in my opinion. Anyone got any diet or general first timer ivf recommendations please

People recommend all sorts but honestly I wouldn't go too overboard. The stress of trying to stick to a strict diet would outweigh any benefits I think. I would suggest up protein intake, try and limit processed foods of you can, plenty of water during the IVF itself. Good luck xx

High protein and low carb diets have been shown to improve success rates . You can google some research studies. Reduce caffeine and no alcohol. Dp to cut out alcohol too. Good luck!

The most important thing is to follow a healthy diet but without stressing about it. Ivf is stressful enough you dont need anything extra to worry about.

Generally, try to include more fresh fruit and veg and avoid as many carbs and take out as possible.
