Down Reg Scan: Thick lining and cyst

Hi ladies

Just back from my down reg scan. Apparently the lining is still too thick and they can see a cyst in my right ovary.

This is my 3rd cycle, I down regged fine in the other 2 cycles and have never had a cyst before. Now I'm really worried.

The nurse doing the scan said she needed to talk to the doctor and would call me this afternoon or tomorrow to discuss next steps. She said not to start stims as planned and to carry on with the Buserelin.

Has this happened to anyone else, and what happened please? Did they cancel your cycle?

@Goldilocks2528 I just literally read that as if I wrote it. I'm due to start stims for my 3rd cycle & had an endometrial scratch yesterday & my baseline scan & they said my lining was good but there is a 20mm cyst on my right ovary so not to start stims on Sunday, they have booked me an extra scan on Monday which should be D2-D3 of cycle then if it's ok can start stims Monday,
If it's still there I'm guessing they will cancel it. It's usually my right ovary that does all the work during my cycles. I had one on my left ovary on my last cycle in November then when I went for an extra scan on D2 of my cycle it has collapsed so I'm really hoping the same happens again.
