Nausea and cramps after FET

I had my FET on Friday (2 days ago) and had a bit of AF cramping afterwards but settled by evening. Yesterday more of the same. This morning woke up without feeling anything but since mid day I’ve been having much worse cramps and feeling sick.

I had a successful FET a few years ago and don’t remember any of this (but I had a caesarean so perhaps my womb has changed?). I didn’t feel so rubbish the whole TWW then though, I’m quite sure.

I know it is too soon for HCG to cause nausea. I had a natural cycle but started progesterone pessaries prior to transfer just in case. Does this sound normal for FET or might I have an infection? I literally can’t be stood up, I’m under a duvet waiting for the cramps to pass.

Nausea and cramps are listed in the side effects but that does sound extreme & I don’t remember having those issues when using them. Is there a number you can call for the fertility unit? Do they give you a number for a ward/out of hours contact if you experience any problems? Wishing you luck with your cycle Flowers

Common side effects may include:

dizziness, confusion, drowsiness, tiredness;
headache, mood changes, feeling nervous or irritable;
stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, constipation;
bloating, swelling in your hands or feet;
breast pain, swelling, or tenderness;
cramps, pelvic pain ; or.
vaginal itching, burning, or discharge.

Thank you. The cramps have mostly settled but the nausea is still quite pronounced. And I’m knackered. I hope it doesn’t mean anything is wrong, as I didn’t have this in the week leading up to FET. I only have a nurse email so will hope they reply to me in the morning.
