Sperm culture

We’re awaiting the results of my partner’s latest basic semen analysis. Meanwhile, we’ve just received his sperm culture result, which appears to be inconclusive. Anyone else found this test useful?

Bumping as I'm curious to know if anyone’s OH has done a sperm culture, and what treatment they had in the event of it being positive for infection. Had a call about it today and think next step is to see a urologist. Thanks
