Feeling low today about my infertility

Spent the evening watching online video about my issues and it's made me feel worse not better.

I had a infertility consultation July which noted I have;

Endermetriosis
Adenomyosis
Thyroid issues
Fibroid
Low egg count

Am I hoping for the impossible? Shall I just give up now? Will IVF help me?

Been TTC on and off two years nothing. Had a chemical in June which is when I saw the specialists who noted the above and still not pregnant again.

Don't know what to do and no one IRL understands.

I had an extremely low egg count ( only 3 follicles) and amh will have been dire.
I also have adenomyosis. I have a small fibroid. There’s nothing much they could offer for adenomyosis but I believe with your other issues there are treatments available
I had a lot of mcs but had a baby last year.
I did ivf twice and got one good embryo each time. It really only takes one.
You can get hung up on all those women getting 15 eggs etc but they often only end up with 1/2 really good ones in the end
I would suggest you seek treatment for your issues and also look at all the supplements and recommendations in it starts with the egg. I also did weekly acupuncture, low carb diet and gave up alcohol and caffeine For 3 months prior to ivf
One way of looking at it is that you can see what might be in the way of you getting pregnant and some of those can be addressed and may make all the difference
Best of luck op

Thank you. I've been reading conflicting information about treatment for endo saying when you remove it they also remove some eggs so it isn't the preferred route.

Admittedly I don't know enough about these conditions so need to research.

If you have been TTC for two years you should now start fertility treatment. IVF is unpredictable and you don’t know in advance how you will react and you can also react differently in different rounds. So I’d say it’s time to get in the system. It sounds like you will get funding on NHS given your diagnosable conditions.

Really sorry you’re feeling so low Flowers infertility is such a lonely diagnosis to deal with.

With the endometriosis, I had the same predicament of whether to do IVF or surgery first. In the end I went for surgery, I thought if the endo causes such a toxic environment that my egg reserve has plummeted then it can’t be good for a pregnancy either. The worries about surgery damaging your egg reserve are related to endometrioma cysts in the ovaries. When these are removed, follicles can be taken by mistake too. But you could tell your surgeon that either you don’t want them to touch your ovaries at all, or just to drain rather than cut out any cysts.

Are you on treatment for your thyroid issues?

I have subclinical thyroidism we have been ttc for 1 year and I have an MRI booked in March to check for endo. I just wanted to share that I feel really low about the whole situation too sometimes. :( sending you a hug Daffodil
