FET Transfer Question

Hi everyone!
I'm currently on a FET and had the transfer two days ago. Last night I panicked though as I'm taking progesterone and estrogen, and I can't remember whether I'm meant to be taking estrogen now. I was given a two month supply and have only taken 3 weeks worth on the days up to the transfer, so im assuming I'm meant to be taking it.
Does anyone know if they took estrogen after the transfer? I'm worried I might hurt the embryo by taking it if I shouldn't be, but also hurting it if I stop when I shouldn't and my clinic isn't open until Monday unless for emergencies.

I assume yours is medicated FET.
During my medicated FRT I took estrogen after transfer as well. Basically because of my ovaries being supressed and not producing estrogen the only way to add it was by using estrogen tablets.
