Mild IVF protocol advice

Hello,

I have extremely low amh (between 1-2) and have had 2 failed rounds of IVF this year. Both involved high doses of stims and only yielded 1 poor quality egg. For our final round I would like to try mild IVF, can anyone tell me what their protocol looked like with mild IVF? I previous have down regged but wondered if a short protocol would be better with low doses of stims.

Hi, I did mild ivf last May. I did 225 bemfola and cetrotide to supress ovulation and triggered with ovitrelle. I have low amh and had 2/3 main follicles with some smaller ones. They ended up collecting 7 eggs and said all were mature but only 3 fertilised. All 3 made it to day 5 (5aa, 2x 3aa). Sadly I had a chemical pregnancy with my fresh 5aa (think it was due to my progesterone levels) and I had a missed miscarriage with one of my 3aa embryos. But I do have a history of recurrent losses and was on an immune protocol as well. Still waiting for the results of tests on the baby.

But in relation to mild ivf, I responded as they expected with my amh. But ended up with more blasts than they'd thought. I ate 100g protein every day during stims and took 400mg of ubiquinol. I haven't done any other types of ivf so nothing to compare to. Hope that helps x
