I can choose a HSG or a HyFoSy - which should I go for?

The HyFoSy is a HyCoSy with foam, apparently. I'm going to do lots of reading/Googling but in the meantime would be grateful for any thoughts or experiences of either.

Crikey - obviously the title should read HSG not HCG - I would bloody love some HCG haha! Have asked MN to correct it.

I had a hycosy but not sure what the difference is tbh haha

A HSG is done with dye and an x ray. Usually only available in hospitals

A hycosy is done with saline and an ultrasound so is cheaper and more widely available as doesn't require an x day machine
