Anyone else trying for a second after IVF for their first?
I'm 40 and will do an FET this/next month. The embryo will be from the same group that turned into our DC. I know how lucky we are to have one and we have decided if this FET doesn't take, we will not pursue any more pregnancies. (Had several losses prior to IVF and our successful FET). I of course have massively high hopes but bracing myself for the very real possibility that it won't work. I have spent a lot of time being accepting of our one DC (and I am so very, very grateful) but knowing this is our very last go just seems...odd somehow.
Just wondering if anyone else is in a similar situation? Would love to chat more. (I've posted in the 40+ and Jan/Feb IVF threads as well, apologies for cross-posting, but not sure where I fit these days!)
