Which cycle day for HyCoSy - and can we TTC that cycle?

As in the title really! The nurse went through it all really quickly on the phone and I can't remember what she said.

I am currently 5dpo so would like to book it in my next cycle if possible, is there a preferred cycle day? I ovulate on CD12/13.

CD1-10, basically as close to /during period as possible as should be before potential ovulation. I'm going to have to rebook mine as period is late.

I had mine earlier in the year on CD8 of my cycle. You can still TTC that month but they recommend not to have sex the day before your HyCosy. We actually conceived the month of mine (sadly ended in MMC) but I've read its quiet common to conceive following them as it flushes your tubes out.

I was told any day was fine as long as I wasn't bleeding at the time, but was told to abstain from sex from CD1 until after the hycosy. Mine was booked in for CD20, so after ovulation, and they even showed me the follicle I had ovulated from that cycle!
