I'm losing my patience with my current NHS IVF trust. I know everyone is going through a difficult time ever since COVID began especially the NHS and all the hospitals. So I really hope I don't come across as being ungrateful or unappreciative, rather I am just looking for options.
I was wondering whether anyone had any experience of going to a private fertility clinic as an NHS funded patient in London specifically?
How did you choose the clinic you went to, is there an easier way then sifting through each clinics websites to see if they allow NHS funding?
Also, not all clinics work with all CCGs (clinical commissioning groups based on area lived/locality) - therefore some clinics may only accept patients from certain CCGs but not others.
May be an ambitious ask but has anyone from the Enfield CCG gone to a private clinic but has been NHS Funded - if by some miracle the answer is yes - please tell me what clinic you went to.
There are a number of reasons why I am looking for different options and I wish I could fund this privately but my case is very complex therefore even more costly.
