Ovarian cyst getting worse

Hi I had a mmc in November after a medicated fet transfer and after having repeat scans they found a 4cm ovarian cyst had suddenly appeared. They said it was just under the threshold for any treatment and if I start getting pain to go to the gp to be referred to gynae.
Since then I've spoke to my clinics doctor who wasn't concerned. Said it was most likely a corpus luteum cyst and will disappear.
I've had no pain at all apart from a very bad lower back which isn't related to the cyst as no abdominal pain at all.
Well the last couple of days I'm in pain, I'm very bloated (more than usual) needing to wee a lot more and can feel pain/pressure when I open my bowels. Now I can feel dull pain when moving around like walking up the stairs etc.
I'm concerned that doctor doesn't seem bothered about it and is happy to go ahead with a stimulated fet. I don't fancy my ovaries being stimulated while I've got a big cyst on one of them !
Should this cyst have gone by now ? The hospital said it was a 'hemmoraghic cyst' and it hasn't been bothering me until now but I thought it would be fine by now ? I've had a period since my mc

I was initially diagnosed with a 3cm haemorrhagic cyst on my right ovary. I was advised they appear usually after ovulation but should resolve within 2 cycles (approx 8 weeks). I went for another ultrasound 8 weeks later to check it had resolved, it hadnt. Went for a 3rd scan 6 weeks after that and still there. Was told it's unlikely to be a haemorrhagic cyst and now a dermoid cyst (which I also have on my left ovary). I get sharp pains and period type cramps throughout my cycle. Am waiting to see gynaecology.

@WhiskeyInTheJar33 thanks for sharing. Do you mind if I ask what they plan to do with it ? Really annoyed mines flared up, i says flared up as it wasn't bothering me at all! Plus I didn't even think I would have a corpus luteum doing a medicated fet. I didn't even ovulate did i.

@janicewheeler I'd assume not. I've been in pain with mine for several months now and gradually getting worse. I've read dermoid cysts grow when pregnant too due to the surge in hormones! I'm under two gynae clinics - one for the fertility clinic and the other for cervical abnormalities. My appointment with the abnormalities one is next month. Removal of dermoid cysts I've read can be tricky and depending on how much of the ovary they're attached to, my ovaries may need to be removed too. The fertility clinic are saying to just take pain killers as they want me to keep my ovaries, understandably their ultimate goal is to get me pregnant. But if the other gynae team say they need to come out, I will have to consider egg banking beforehand. We need IVF anyway due to male factor infertility also.
