IVF with high FSH and low sperm morphology plus endometriosis

Good afternoon

Am due to go for initial consultation and scan next week for IVF, I have had my initial bloods back which show I'm ovulating but my FSH is elevated at 21 which I sorti of guessed I've recently had a laparoscopy for endometriosis and have cysts on ovary . My partner who we thought would be ok has got low sperm morphology at 3% and we have recently found this out and all I can do is cry. Has anyone been in a similar situation?

@Pinklady81 I’m basically in the exact same situation as you . We went for routine fertility tests in October (after TTC for 9 months). I was referred to a gynaecologist as something was picked up on my ultrasound which turned out to be endometriosis which they found on the laparoscopy I had last week, my ovary and tube on one side are so bad they effectively don’t work apparently. On top of that my partner also was told he has low morphology.
I cried for days but I have managed to somehow snap myself out of it most of the time but honestly deep down I am devastated. I can totally understand how you are feeling.

However so far everyone has been extremely positive about our chance of IVF being successful so I’m trying not to worry about the unknown. They have recommended ICSI to us too.

How long have you been TTC?

Hello I'm 40 now so a while I had an ectopic 2 years ago and always had at the back of my mind that pregnancy wouldn't come easy for me but now this. I go for my scan next week so not looking hopeful but seen that ICSI is being favoured all his other levels are way above where they should be

Hi. I know this is an old post. I’ve had a shock last month as had fsh come back at 24. My cycle was cancelled. I’m 41. I’m getting very worried as I need to do a final egg collection if possible and then do a frozen transfer.

My husband also has low morphology. Do you mind me asking if you had another blood test?
