What is the first period like after failed FET ?

I just started my period after failed FET and it’s very unusual

Hi I had my first period after failed fresh transfer about 2 weeks ago. The cramps were terrible the first night I thought I was going to pass out but settled after that. I had brown blood for about 5 days, never got any fresh red blood which I thought was weird. I'm assuming that was my period and I'll be back on track for normal period this month x

Heavy and painful. I alternated paracetamol and ibuprofen for about 36 hours. It did last a bit longer than usual too.
