Beta HCG levels not rising

Please can I ask for any advice on this.

My clinic only does one HCG level, mine was 150 9dp5dt. Today, 10 days later it was 927. I don’t know if it went up and down again or just rose slowly. I had it tested for peace of mind because I was showing 2-3 weeks despite being 3+ on Clearblue. Now I feel like it’s absolutely over. Does anyone have an experience of such a low HCG number at 24DPO please?

Both positive and negative experiences.
If it’s a miscarriage or ectopic I want it over before Xmas

Unfortunately hcg not doubling as it should and not progressing on clearblue digitals was an indicator for all 5 of my miscarriages and 2 ectopics I'm sorry. You had such a good number at 9dp5dt is it possible todays level could just be a lab error?

Thanks @tiggerwhocamefortea, I’ve spoken to my clinic now and they are referring me to my nearest EPU, they said I will probably have a scan and be tested again in 48hrs. I’m not holding out much hope for a lab error as much as I would love that, I think the Clearblue not progressing was the sign things weren’t working.

Can I ask please I have had cramps across my lower pelvis for days now. A dull ache. What were your symptoms please with the ectopic pregnancies?

I think that’s a brilliant number mine was only 205 at something like 13dp3dt

Not doubling was also my signs for mmc I’m sorry to say op. I’ve had three. Some of them lasted another 2 weeks after doubling stopped. I would prepare yourself for this op, think it’s better to be prepared

@Shazzz1xx it’s not about the dpo Hcg number unfortunately, it’s about the doubling . Even a low dpo can be successful pregnancy if it doubles properly

Thank you @Sleephappy I’m trying to prepare for miscarriage, I am looking at the options. I’ve never had a miscarriage before. I want it over with, I was thinking to do medical management. Does anyone have an experience of this please?
I’ve spent all day crying in EPU and I’m now ready to deal with this

Today has been a nightmare, I can’t believe after three years of infertility, a positive test through IVF, we don’t just get a break and now have to deal with miscarriage. At the scan today they could see what could possibly be a gestational sac but is only 2mm so they can’t rule out ectopic yet either

I’m so sorry, it’s so cruel. I had three mmc in a row and two rounds of ivf. It’s so so brutal.
I had d&cs because I just wanted it over with quickly. However, I was nearly 9 weeks. At earlier stages perhaps medical management might be okay. I’ve never had it but sure you can find advice on here.
If it’s ectopic I think earlier stages they can give you medication but I’ve not experienced this.

I hope so, I’m due next week, still terrified after all the losses. I really hope that you get your rainbow. I went to a dark place with the struggles but kept going. Hope is a hard thing to abandon and I’m glad I didn’t give up. It’s so hard though and feels so unfair being hit with challenge and loss.
