Hi all, does anyone know how much Impryl and CoQ10 is recommended to take for (very) low AMH levels? I’m starting all over again…after what feels like a lifetime of trying and a failed IVF cycle :(
I’ve taken time to step back and reset…and I’m ready to start all over again! x

I am sorry for your failed cycle, hugs to you! I am glad you took time in between, and good luck for your fresh cycle!

Hi - I just wanted to give my opinion of coq10
My Dr had me on 600mg a day i can send you the link of what I used as i did a big id research and think it's quite reasonable - uk site

I also was prescribed DHEA which has to be prescribed - you can't buy it

I'm so glad my clinic believed in DHEA
Not sure it's common?

Sorry to hear of your TTC and failed cycle
I had a failed cycle in may/June and happy to say my next cycle last month worked and I'm early pregnant
I often check this board as I used it for so long and know how it feels to try for so long

The first failed due to high dna fragmentation I must add but we then dieted and took supplements for 3months so maybe that helped

I also read it starts with the egg and took some supplements from there

Hope this has helped x

Op don’t use dhea without testing your levels first, it’s a hormone not a supplement and can damage egg quality if not needed.
I had to skip an ivf cycle as it made my progesterone massively spike.
I only had a few follicles and awful amh.
I did a low carb high protein diet for months before ivf. Dh and I took all supplements in it starts with the egg.
Our last ivf resulted in a baby after multiple losses. We did have immune testing and support during pregnancy also . Best of luck
