What to do post embryo transfer in 2WW

Hi all,

I wanted to ask what did you do to help implantation in 2ww after embryo transfer? I had fresh day 2 embryo transfer yesterday. Still feel a bit weak after eggs collection on Friday and have mild diarrhea and cramping. My clinic advised to continue as normal but I read that some clinics in US or Greece recommend rest for a few days afterwards. So I wanted to ask your experience and what can help implantation in your opinion, maybe accupuncture, or anything else.. Thank you!

@sviri I had my embryo transfer yesterday and I find myself contemplating the same thing. My clinic told me to continue as normal and I actually went twice to the clinic yesterday (first in the morning for my embryo transfer and again in the afternoon in order to collect the syringes, needles for the progesterone injections I needed to start having - as the blood test I had after my embryo transfer showed that my progesterone levels are low - they were 22.5 ng/mL)

Hello, I had a couple of days off work, watched Netflix movies and some funny comedies and generally took it easy. Then still continued with usual routine minus any heavy lifting. Didn't want to obsess too much about testing so tried to stay calm, relaxed and slept. Still attended weekly acupuncture sessions, my acupuncturist told me she thought I was pregnant as my pulse was very fast. On that occasion I was pregnant.
