Pregnant after FET but missed a dose of cyclogest - help!

Does anyone know if missing a dose of cyclogest could cause a miscarriage? I am pregnant after a FET (only 4 weeks, still to have official blood test on Tues) but on Friday I missed my afternoon dose of cyclogest. I am on 400mg three times a day, so that day I only had 800mg in total. Can't believe I could be so stupid, it was a hectic day at work and I missed my alarm.

I wouldn’t have thought so, although I’ve never been in this position. Surely it would take more than 1 missed dose for progesterone to drop enough to make a difference. For peace of mind, you could ask your clinic for a blood test to check your levels, so they can make sure u don’t need a top up. See what the nurses say. Congrats on your pregnancy

Thanks @IslandStars. The cyclogest instructions advise 2 pessaries a day to maintain levels so I'm hoping that means the clinic has over-prescribed to be on the safe side. I will call first thing Monday.

No problem, that’s a good point. I was on 3 x a day for my first FET, but for the second & third just 2 x a day, which seems to be a very common dosage.
