Not ovulating? I think...

Hi all. To give some context, I conceived my little boy (he is almost 2) in 2019 in the 1st month trying and again conceived my 2nd baby immediately in April 2021 however I had a late MMC at 16 weeks and had to deliver him in July 2021. PM results show no major reason to not TTC again so that's been September cycle, October cycle tracking with OPK's and no LH surge, in fact only ever 0.1/0.2 results and sometimes 0. Both months my 'period' has come around about when it's expected however I've had a lot of pre period spotting and the period has had a couple of 'tailing off' days when they used to be every 26/27/28 days and last 4 days - very predictable.

Basically I don't think I'm ovulating, I'm almost sure of it. Never had any EWCM, the mid cycle spotting and cramping, the uterus gurgling...and the lack of positive OPK's also. I'm having terrible mood swings/irritability.

I'm seeing a gynae on Wed about my cervical erosion and the spotting relating to that, and he was the Dr who have me the post mortem results so he knows my situation and has told me to keep a. Bleeding diary.

Do you think he'll tell me he can't run any blood work on me cos I've not been ttc for a year or had 3 MC's? I'm also worried as my BMI is 35 but this has never caused issue in the past, however I am eating healthy, exercising and losing weight to help me on this TTC journey.

Personally I'd just order myself a blood test. I've used forth before but recently ordered a medichecks one (recommended on here) . It's just a finger prick, drip into a tube and send off for £35 ish. I also thought I wasn't ovulating (no longer get positive opks or mucus, no signs at all) but turns out I was.although as you're seeing a doctor so soon you might as well ask then, but if not order yourself a test.
