Has anyone used this clinic? I can only see a thread from a few years ago and a few Google reviews, so any feedback would be appreciated to help me decide whether or not to use them. Thanks

I did my first cycle with them in August. Tbh the main reason I chose them was just because I live close by. It's the only clinic I've ever had any contact with, so I don't really have any other experience of my own to compare with, but from reading other women's experiences on here I think they compare fairly well to other places. I had a better than expected response to stims and they got a good number of eggs from me, but unfortunately my day 5 blastocyst transfer resulted in BFN. However, I was happy with the experience overall and have decided to stick with them to try again.
Good points are that they don't have long waiting times to get going, the staff are very nice, admin very quick to reply to emails. I do think they are maybe a bit 'one size fits all'. They don't offer lots of add-ons, but I think that's a very conscious, considered decision on their part. I would have appreciated more written instructions from them about certain things- they tell you at appointments, but I sometimes forget as it can all be quite overwhelming- I saw a review where someone said you have to be on your toes with it all and I'd agree with that. But it's a nice clinic, I feel comfortable with them

I used concept fertility for our first round of IVF and all initial test. Our first round failed and I ended up conceiving natural but I still have 6 embabies in their freezer.
My experience was completely positive, all the staff are warm and attentive, short waiting times and frequent check-ins. I have a high BMI and they worked through the risks quite well without just shoving me to a side for that reason alone.
I did on one occasion feel like the process moved quite fast and need things explained to me again but all in all I would likely use them again if there was a need in the future.
