Myo-Inositol

Hi - any positive stories with myo-inositol & PCOS? (high androgens too)
Have read lots of positive reviews online so went ahead and started yesterday... ☺️

Yep, I'm still on Myo-inositol and now 20 weeks pregnant after lots of failed IUI's and 2 cycles of IVF (I'm single so couldn't try "naturally"). I'm on Metformin for PCOS too so it's hard to know what helped most in terms of regulating my periods and weight loss as I've been on both for years now. But compared to the other pricy supplements people often take for infertility (looking at you Ubiquinol!), Myo -Inositol is better value for money and so always worth trying if you have PCOS imo. Hope it helps you too .
