Hi all,
First FET, previously fresh transfers where I’ve been very strict diet wise for egg collection. Just wondering what kind of prep you all do for FET - how intensive or otherwise?
I’m due for transfer in just under two weeks.
Things I’ve been doing:
- taking my vitamins (Proceive woman, vitamin d, vitamin c, omega 3, NAC)
- drinking cranberry juice (proper health food stuff)
- hypnotherapy and fertility massage (will do acupuncture pre and post transfer )
- taking probiotics
- no alcohol
Things I’m doing that I shouldn’t:
- not eating much veg or eating healthy in general!
- Having 1-2 coffees a day (instant coffee)
- Having sugar in my coffee!
- Being outrageously stressed out and anxious!
- not sleeping well
Any tips or things I should stop or start doing? Could be useful to have a thread on in general.
