FET today excited and nervous!

My partner had our FET today. We are doing inter partner so it was an embryo made with my egg and donor sperm. This is our first FET, we have 3 more frozen embryos but are hoping we won’t need them.
She has previously had two children naturally who are now 18 so we are hoping that her body will remember what it has to do!
The embryo got stuck in the catheter first time so they had to transfer again which was successful. We hope this just means it’s extra sticky and will do what it needs to do!
Feeling very excited and nervous about it all but also very hopeful!

I'm sharing your nervous excitement! FET due Monday. My last FET was successful which simultaneously makes me more hopeful and also nervous that I can't possibly be that lucky. I saw a maternity Christmas jumper I wanted the other day and I realised I've gotten totally carried away with positive thinking! It's nice to have hope though. I wouldn't even be in with a chance without IVF.

We are right with you on the carried away thoughts, dreaming how we can tell families over the Christmas period! However without hope what do we have!
Let’s hope we can both be lucky and be able to do everything we have been allowing ourselves to be carried away thinking!
Best of luck for Monday, ours went really well today and wasn’t nearly as nerve wracking as we had expected. It doesn’t really feel that it has happened!

Yes, if it doesn't work, we'll be disappointed whether we were hopeful or not, so let's be positive
