Hello,

I have been TTC for 2 years now with no luck what so ever. I am starting to loose hope that this will ever happen naturally for us and I just wondered if anyone conceived naturally after the 2 years TTC mark that could share their stories with me?

How long did it take you to conceive naturally and did you do anything differently that could have helped?

I'm hoping some stories of people that conceived naturally after 2 years TTC will help me to feel a little more positive about my situation.

Thank you

We had been trying from Oct 2019, was added to ivf waiting list Oct 2021. Started first round in April 2022 which was a success and my daughter was born Dec 2022. She's now 9 months old 😊

@Gardenlady543 @thislittlebird Congratulations to you both! I hope your pregnancies go/are going smoothly.

Gardenlady, I remember your story well. I'm delighted for you.

Congrats on your daughter, @CycleGirl20. Hope you get your second soon.

@Cloclo93 I had a fet 4 days after I posted above. She's 15 months now. (Also have a 3-year-old IVF baby, and I'm back on this forum pondering what to do about my frosties).

Wishing you all the very best.

I saw your recent comments on my post so wanted to post an update. I am now currently holding my 7 week old baby boy 😊 I never thought the day would come. We conceived naturally after 3 1/2 years of trying!!

Aww that's amazing! Congratulations 🎉 Had you done anything different that you think may have had an impact on your fertility to help with conceiving?

Hello, thank you so much! Unfortunately not really! I had recently started taking coq10, zitra west viral dha with omega 3 along side my daily folic acid, vitamin d. Someone told me about this blog so I read it and thought I would give it a go www.luisazissman.co.uk/?p=647 xx

Hi Ladies,
I've just got a surge of hope reading all your updates - thank you so much for making the time to come back . I've been ttc for 2 years, have been treated for underactive thyroid and had a blocked tube identified in hsg but consultant feels we should still be able to conceive naturally. Thankfully though, he has now added us to the IVF waiting list as a back up. It's a 9-12 month wait ahead of us which feels like a lifetime away but at least we know it's there. Hoping these dark days end soon. Thanks again ladies xx

After a couple of years, it felt for me like it couldn't possibly happen naturally, so I found embarking on IVF made me feel so positive. Just feeling like I finally had a chance was amazing. Best of luck to you!
