Ashermans post traumatic caesarean

Posting for advice and (hopefully) encouragement. I am in my early forties, one 4 yr old DC, and have a recent diagnosis of secondary infertility probably due to a uterine growth (and a portion of not fully healed internal caesarian scar), resulting in ashermans syndrome.
I have been offered an outpatients procedure with micro scissors to remove the growth.
I am not great with doctors fiddling around with my cervix due to a rather nasty coil removal resulting in shock and a horrific emergency caesarian, but I managed to get through the diagnostic hycosy with a few deep breaths.
Can anyone share tales of an operative hycosy with micro scissors? Or if anyone else has been in a similar position how has your journey gone post procedure?
I am very new to online forums and would be very grateful if anyone does have the time to share their experience.
