Best clinic for low AMH/AFC (London)

Hi all

I am looking to do egg freezing, but similar to the beginning of IVF so keen for recommendations for either.

I have been with the London Womens Clinic in London Bridge but wasn't really happy with their response (max drugs, no change to protocol despite it not working etc) and not great communication. I am now thinking of changing to Create but sadly experiencing really shocking communication so reconsidering. However I have dimished ovarian reserve (amh 0.8pmol and AFC varies but has been between 1 to 5 at different scans. (5 being the best on two different cycles). I am therefore keen to try somewhere like Create where they have experience of getting eggs from women in my position (even if it is only 1 egg a cycle, that seems better than nothing!) I am almost 35 so obviously keen to get this started sooner rather than later.

Any recommendations gratefully received. I would be planning to try 3 cycles ideally..

My friend did a lot of research on this, her recommendations are:

Fertility Plus
Kings fertility
Create
Evewell

She went with Fertility Plus with Mr Gudi, from her experience I would personally go there if I was in this situation. She got very individualised care with a doctor who is clearly very experienced.

Hi @Gardenlady543 thanks for the reply. I've had a look at Mr Gurdi/Fertility Plus though and their egg freezing option says they use London Womens Clinic so don't want to go back to them!

I was with create and found them great - once you are a registered patient you get a direct mobile number so don't have to go through the call centre x

I did several cycles with Kings Fertility due to low Ovarian Reserve and found them great because they tweaked the protocol each time. I’m currently 16 weeks. I had 2-5 AFC, my AMH was about 3 when tested 2 years ago when I was 34, I typically just got 1 egg per cycle. I had Dr Apostolos for the last few cycles and he was excellent, he specialises in women with low AMH. Good luck, sending you all the best!
