I’m currently on my first IVF long protocol cycle. I’ve been using the Synarel nasal spray for two weeks now and am freaking out that it’s not working properly, as today I’ve felt an ovulation like pain on and off all day, and obviously I shouldn’t be ovulating during the down regulation right? Has anyone ever had this? Could it be just some weird cramping from the medication? I should probably also mention that I did get the withdrawal bleed, so initially thought all was going well! Has anyone had a similar experience, and did your baseline scan still end up being fine? Thank you all!
