LETROZOLE/FEMARA - did it increase progesterone??

To all who have taken letrozole/femara....

Did it increase your progesterone in your luteal phase?

I have premenstural spotting from 4DPO causing low progesterone - FS prescribed me letrozole - can't find anything online to suggest that will help?!?

It can strengthen ovulation which will support your corpus luteum and also you might have two or more follicles which will also increase progesterone, but not necessarily LP length.

I don't spot but my LP is 7 days. I'm seen by Dr Anil Gudi at Fertility Plus. I take letrozole, trigger ovulation, and then get another trigger shot at 4dpo to boost my corpus luteum and increase progesterone. This video explains how he treats me and also gives a case study of another woman who had spotting like you. Might be of interest and something to mention to your doctor:
