Once you've had a transfer which hormone is most important oestrogen or progesterone? Or both equally important ?
I ask because my oestrogen tablets I'm having to use vaginally aren't actually dissolving properly if at all and worrying it's going to have a negative impact

Estradiol is used to thicken the lining, but it's important to keep taking it to maintain the lining.

Are you taking the estradiol the same way now as you were before the transfer? If so there shouldn't be a problem. Also how do you know it isn't dissolving, the tablet will dissolve and you will absorb the estradiol, it's normal to get the tablet's other components coming out.

Yeah taking it the same way, orally, patches and vaginally. And because a couple of times now the whole tablet has come out when I've been to the toilet a couple of hours later , mushy but still very much a whole tablet

Hmm, push it as high up as you can get it and do it before bed for definite and when you do it at other times of the day go to the toilet first and try to not go to the toilet for a few hours after.

Thanks @Gardenlady543 the bedtime one isn't an issue it's the morning one giving me trouble! I will try holding off the toilet as long as possible. I'm just worrying it's not absorbing at all

Well you have other routes of estradiol, it's only one dose. Just get it pushed up as high as you can, I'm sure some will get absorbed.

@Gardenlady543 that's true! Was just worrying as I don't respond well to estrogen as it is so thinking that can't be helping
