Hey, I'm doing buserelin injections for my second frozen embryo transfer. Has anyone struggled with getting the needle to go in? X

How many ml are you injecting and where? I was using it as part of short protocol IVF and so only had to inject 1ml daily into my lower stomach (two 0.5ml injections for me).

I was given single use 0.5 ml "insulin type" syringes for the buserelin and they were very easy to use (just draw the liquid into the syringe, press plunger till a drop of fluid came out the end, pinch skin, press needle down at 90 degrees into middle of pinched skin, press plunger down fully, count to 30, let go of skin and pull out needle). It was far easier than the menopur syringes for me - the ones where you have to faff with mixing and swopping the needles over.
