Hi How long for hsg results to come back?

It depends on where you're having it, the technician should be able to tell you what they find on the day. When I had it done the images were then edited a bit in order for a formal report to be written, this was done and sent across the same day. But timescales will very much depend on the place you're having it.

I never got my results until my next appointment with the consultant
