Lubion / Low Progesterone

Hi I’m wondering if anyone can give me advice/their experiences of Lubion and/or low progesterone?

In my fresh round I started spotting from 6dp5dt and although I got a BFP the bleeding continued to get worse and ended in a pretty horrific MC.
Even though my Beta HCG was always good, my progesterone was only 35 and I’m convinced this had something to do with the bleeding and MC.

My clinic don’t believe low progesterone has anything to do with pregnancy outcomes and are totally unconcerned about the bleeding because it’s ‘so common’.
They have, however, agreed to give me 1 x Lubion for my FET but this is purely because I had a reaction to the cyclogest last time.

My concern is that I’ve only ever heard of either having Lubion alongside pessaries or 2 x Lubion a day.
Has anyone had just the single injection a day and it turned out ok?

@VioletHaze24 From another oldie on this thread, I got 3 embryos frozen from this cycle and have had 2 babies and 1 BFN from those embryos! Best of luck x

Thank you so much for getting back to me @VioletCookie and @2mumlife! It is greatly appreciated and so good to hear you both got your happy endings 🌈 I had to look up inhixa but I think it might be what I’m on which is called Clexane (or something similar at least - a blood thinner). I too am on steroids (Prednisolone x2 a day). Was this the steroid you were on as well @VioletCookie? It is the first time I’ve been put on the immune protocol so I’m keeping everything crossed it works but I’m so anxious all the time and can’t stop googling things. It’s driving me insane! Thanks again for responding.

Forgot to ask @2mumlife, did you use Lubion and Cyclogest in your 2 successful transfers? If so what dosage was your Lubion if you can remember? Thanks.

@VioletHaze24 For both my CP FET (2021) and my 2 successful ones (2021 and 2024), I was on 6 days of Lubion injections (5 days prior to transfer and day of transfer) I was on 25mg of Lubion twice a day. On my successful 2021 cycle I was also on 200mg of Utrogestan (an alternative to cyclogest) 3 times a day. My portal says I was on cyclogest (400mg twice a day) for my 2024 cycle but I don't think thats correct, as I think I requsted the Utrogestan again as I preferred it. Pessaries were taken until approx 12 weeks.

My most recent FET (done earlier this year) was a BFN. The clinic had changed thier strandard protocol and no longer did Lubion injections. I did ask them about it and they said that recent evidence didn't suggest it was necessary for most patients. Instead I was on 3 x 400mg of cyclogest
