Hi all, wasn’t sure which section to put this on but here I am. I’ve had x1 natural MC, then 3 rounds of IVF with my eggs & another MC. We’ve now in the process of a donor egg treatment in Spain and have a lovely genetically tested blastocyst awaiting us. Unf doc has discovered I’ve got Ashermans so now looking at surgery for this. Anyone else had a similar issue? Anyone had success after surgery? The private clinics I’m trying are being quite difficult- they won’t advise of waiting times unless I pay for a consultation with the specialist 😡

Hi @climbercat there are two groups on Facebook that are really helpful:
Ashermans syndrome support uk and Ireland
Ashermans syndrome awareness and support

The best option is to be seen by an a lister who treats Ashermans syndrome frequently, as more damage can be done by someone who isn't used to treating it.
In the UK the experts are Mr Trew and Mr Lower, they both only offer private treatment and are London based. There is a cheaper option with Dr Nugert in Hamburg.

In the ERA/EMMA/ALICE testing thread 2, there's a few of us that have had/are having surgery.
