Good morning, my partner and I finally got his sperm sample results yesterday and his Morphology is 2%. We've been trying to conceive for 19 months with no luck.

I'm yet to even be tested, but sadly my appointment is not until October then late October we get to talk to the fertility clinic. I've read online loads which hasn't been much help, just and a lot saying IVF or ICSI are options.

Is there anything he can do/take to help? I've read about multi-vitamins but there are so many, can anyone recommend any please?

We don't drink alcohol, he doesn't smoke, we eat relatively well too. He's tall but slim, though he doesn't exercise.

He was told it will be difficult for us to get pregnant naturally and that IVF is likely treatment, but the waiting list on that is over a year and our names aren't even on the list not sure when they even will be added. I can't help but feel a bit low, it's not a no, which is a positive.

Any advice, success stories would be greatly welcome. Thank you everyone.

Hello! Whilst I haven't yet been able to see if it's made a difference from my research a multi vitamin containing zinc selenium coQ10 and l cartinitine seem to be helpful. A few brands recommended were proxeed and impryl but we found it was cheaper to get a mutli vitamin and buy things separately that weren't it in. Food wise adding walnuts/brazil nuts/sources of omega 3 are supposed to be helpful. We have a third cycle in a few months hopefully so I can let you know if this helps!x
