Have you tried any other treatments before moving to IVF?
Clinics will depend on where you live too. If you head down the IVF route, short protocol or IVM are your options (IVM isn't done at all clinics)

Are there male factor issues also?. Is that why IVF has been suggested to you?.

It may be that IVF may not be needed.
IVF for PCOS should ideally be tried only after all other treatment options have failed. Ovarian hyper stimulation is an issue with IVF and PCOS and you would need to be carefully monitored. Options like clomid, ovarian diathermy surgery and injectible drugs can be treatments for PCOS.

I would question the stance of IVF unless you have male infertility factor too?
As previously mentioned before there's ovulation induction ie clomid and other options before reaching the conclusion of going down the path of IVF

I have PCOS & male factor and I think my next appointment we will be going down the options of IVF as they said to me if my DH sample doesn't improve it'll be that option

I had my first baby with letrozole having PCOS. I was not ovulating and Clomid didn't work on me at all. I got pregnant after 3 months. Is that what you had as medication? I was monitored though.
This time for baby 2 I am ovulating every month naturally but I still have not conceived after 18months I was referred for IVF with letrozole but they have refused to give me letrozole and try naturally again...

I was given Clomid and Metformin for PCOS, which did not work, so is IVF with letrozole done through the fertility clinic.

Can anyone recommend a clinic that best deals with PCOS treatments.

Try Create Fertility Hertfordshire and Herts and Essex Fertility. You may not need IVF.

Letrozole cycle and ovulation induction using injectables and IUI are steps that can be looked into before IVF.

Hi there, PCOS here as well! I have narrowed it down to 3 clinics, IVF Spain, Dunya IVF in Cyprus and Newlife in Greece.

I have an online appointment with Dunya later this week, I am a bit on the fence with Newlife mostly because of communication issues I had.

I made a list of things I needed from my clinic and from their personnel and I kinda tested as many as I could and checked them off my list one by one until I reached those 3.

Choose the one that is right for you, that's what I am trying to do.

@IsabelHerna did you end up going with dunya ? Any info on how you found them would be amazing ? X
